What is the Return Policy?

Customers can return items only if they have got wrong items.

They have to inform us about the wrong item they have received. And should ship the product back to the below given address., C/O Professional Courier, Shop No. 110, 1st Floor, Plot No. 6, Vardhman Dee Cee Plaza, Central Market, Sector – 11, Dwarka, Near Akash Institute, New Delhi – 110075.

Once the item is shipped. Please inform us with details of the dispatch.

We will dispatch the correct item.

In nutshell, the course of actions that should be followed:

  1. Customer should send us the item(s) at the above given address.
  2. Email us about the shipping details of the dispatch.
  3. After the confirmation of the shipping, we will dispatch the correct item(s).

What is the Refund Policy?

Customers could claim refund ONLY if the ordered item(s) has gone out of stock OR he or she wishes to get refund (before the ordered items are shipped). Customers should intimate us by email at the earliest.

Refund would be done at customer’s bank account and not via payment gateway. Customers has to share the bank account details: Account holder’s name, Account No., Bank’s IFSC.

What are the courier agencies through which books are shipped?

India Post (Registered Packet Printed Books) by default.

In case customers wish to avail the other services of India Post like Speed Post, we must be informed about it by email.

I didn’t get the ordered book(s) in the stipulated time period.

We too get concerned with the delay. Write to us about the delay. We will work on your request and will put our effort to locate it for early delivery.

Nevertheless, if you don’t receive books in 14 business days from the date of dispatch from our office. We will return the full payment.

However, based on our experience, we can affirm that such incident rarely happens.

We adopt a very flexible process to place order of books.

1. Copy all the details about the books you want to buy and Paste it in the “Name of the Book(s)” section in the Order Form.

2. Mention the number of copies you wish to order in the Quantity.

For example, if you are placing order for 1 book, mention 1.
if you are placing order for 3 copies of 1 book, mention 3.
if you are placing 3 different books 1 copy of each, mention 1.

3. Fill in correct primary Email ID and mobile/telephone number.

The service is for those customers who don’t have internet access and cannot place their order online.

In the SMS, please mention:

Payment Mode

Customers can make payment by:

    • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (through PayUMoney / Instamojo payment gateway).
    • *Direct Transfer at our SBI account through net banking, cheque deposit / ATM-to-ATM transfer
    • Airtel Money / Paytm
    • *UPI

*We prefer since the transfer of payment is fast and without any extra charges levied upon us. You pay Rs 100, we receive Rs 100. Rest in other payment modes, we don’t receive Rs 100 at our end.

We don’t offer Cash On Delivery or VPP service.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

We offer free shipping if the total purchase of the books is above Rs 500. The shipping address must be in India. The books are shipped by India Post service of Registered Packet Printed Books.

If the total cost of the books is below Rs 500. Rs 85 is added as shipping cost.

I don’t find the book(s) that I needed.

Relax. will try its best to procure for you. Visit Books On Demand and fill up your details. You will definitely hear good news from us.

I paid but later found books are out of stock.

Such cases do happen. Books get out of stock in hours.

However, will (a) after taking permission from you arrange the same book from other publisher (if available), or (b) return the payment.

Do you deliver books outside India?

Yes, we do deliver books outside India. Please contact us.

I paid but later found price of the book(s) has/ have increased.

We do our best to maintain the accuracy with respect to price and other relevant information. However, the price of the books is totally controlled by publishers. So it happens sometimes and despite our effort, we fail to intimate the correct price to our clients.

In such cases, the ordered books will not dispatched from our end till the complete amount of the book(s) is paid.

Can I get books from your office?

We don’t stock books. If you wish to buy from our office. Please email (we prefer)/ call us about your requirement and mention that you wish to buy from our office. We will arrange for you and will inform you.

I placed an order, but I am NOT getting any response about its status.

First, please check your mail, in case it might happen that the mail might have dropped at SPAM. You must have received a response from ‘[email protected]’. We promptly respond to placed orders.

How will you come to know that I have made the payment?

Many customers ask this question. In case payment is done by direct transfer to our bank account through net banking/ cheque deposit / ATM-to-ATM transfer.

Customer has to inform us by email about the payment done by them with complete transaction details.

Whether it is done by internet banking, ATM banking, cheque cash deposit. Complete details of the transaction has to emailed to us. Then only, we can start working on the order. And we will be able to confirm the payment done by them.

If we are not informed about the payment, we are not able to track your request. To put it simple, we don’t know anything about you, since we are not to able to KNOW you. We get to know customers by their email ID. This is only possible way to identify you.

Proof of my payment

We don’t deal in cash (except for Cash on Delivery service in Dwarka area, New Delhi).

Every penny is transacted through bank. Bank provide you the receipt of your payment. Bank transact your payment to our bank account. You inform us the payment done by you and maintain in safe custody the transaction details. Once we receive your payment. We confirm the payment done by you.
